Renforcement des Capacités
de Développement (ORCADE)
est une association burkinabè créée en fin 2001.

Association apolitique, non gouvernementale et à but
non lucratif, elle a pour objet essentiel les questions économiques et sociales
visant à promouvoir le développement.

Elle est en partenariat avec Integrated Social Development Centre (ISODEC)
une ONG ghanéenne et membre
de plusieurs coalitions de
